Stephen Puliafico, who resides at Stockade East Apartments & Townhouses has been a long time resident since he first moved there in 2009. Steve is pictured with Harline Andrus, Stockade East Property Manager and Karen Zalewski-Wildzunas, Schenectady City Councilwoman as he receives a Certificate of Merit Award as Tenant of the Month. The award is presented by Schenectady Landlords Influencing Change (SLIC) to outstanding tenants who have distinguished themselves by being good neighbors and outstanding residents. The recipient was nominated by Ms. Andrus who is a SLIC member landlord and the award was presented to Steve at the February 2017 SLIC meeting.
