As the founder and driving force behind Homes by Harline, Harline brings nearly 30 years of property management and residential leasing experience throughout the Albany and Schenectady areas. Her vision is simple: protect each owner’s investment while creating properties that tenants are proud to call home. She understands that successful property management requires more than simply overseeing a property it requires communication, consistency, and a proactive approach to addressing both owner and tenant needs. Her hands-on involvement allows her to stay closely connected to the properties and people she serves.

Her leadership has built Homes by Harline around responsive service, strong tenant relations, quality property care, and a genuine commitment to the property owners she represents. 

Hillary works closely with Harline across all phases of property management and residential leasing. She supports day-to-day operations, coordinates tenant and property needs, assists with leasing activities, and works closely with associates to ensure properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and with care. Hillary also helps mediate tenant concerns and resolve issues thoughtfully, maintaining clear communication between tenants and property owners.

With strong attention to detail, Hillary helps keep operations organized and running smoothly. Her ability to communicate effectively, address challenges, and build positive relationships with tenants and associates supports Homes by Harline’s commitment to providing dependable service while protecting the interests of the property owners we represent.

Prem plays an essential role in keeping Homes by Harline properties well-maintained, functional, and ready for residents. He manages all aspects of apartment turnovers and property improvements, including painting, flooring installation, cabinet refinishing, plumbing and electrical repairs, and general maintenance.

With a hands-on approach and an eye for improvement, Prem also helps redesign and update spaces particularly kitchens to make apartments more functional and appealing. His versatility and attention to detail help protect our owners’ investments while ensuring each property meets the high standards of Homes by Harline.​​​​

Julie plays an important hands-on role in maintaining the quality and appearance of Homes by Harline properties. She assists with apartment inspections, resident support and apartment upkeep, while helping ensure each property remains clean, welcoming, and well cared for.

Her responsibilities also include turnover preparation, landscaping, seasonal and exterior property care, and assisting wherever needed to keep daily property operations running smoothly. Julie’s versatility and attention to detail help us maintain our properties to a high standard while protecting the investments entrusted to Homes by Harline

Chris is an important part of the Homes by Harline maintenance team, helping ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and well cared for. He handles a wide range of day-to-day maintenance needs, addressing repairs and property concerns efficiently and helping prevent small issues from becoming costly problems.

Dependable and hands-on, Chris takes pride in keeping each property in excellent condition for both residents and owners. His commitment to responsive maintenance and quality workmanship helps protect our owners’ investments and supports the high standards Homes by Harline brings to every property we manage.

Deb oversees the bookkeeping and financial operations for Homes by Harline. She manages financial records, accounts, expenses, and cash flow, helping keep the company organized and its day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.
